Job Overview:Sunshine Aviation Ltd. is hiring smart, professional, and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Airport Ground Staff in Kottaram. As part of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of passenger services, baggage handling, and coordination with flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage areas.
Provide accurate information and support regarding flight schedules and boarding procedures.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently with a positive attitude.
Coordinate with the airline crew, security, and other airport departments.
Ensure all SOPs, safety, and security protocols are followed.
Manage baggage handling, tagging, and loading support.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasing personality and grooming standards.
Must be flexible with rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
